Shipping policy

We we only ship within the United States.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable, customer is responsible for the cost of a return label.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled. Bonit Imports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost, stolen or damaged during delivery by the carrier, a claim can be filed by the recipient.

Bonit Imports is not responsible for filing claims with the mail carrier. 

If your order was shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), USPS will not accept claims until 15 days after the delivery date.
